www.readzle.com�), mobile applications (readzle App
or App) and other services including but not limited to earning of reward
points based on SMS, transaction management of our spends at merchants,
on-going and exclusive offers around you, card management, and using the
collected reward points if any as mode of payment at participating merchants
through POS.

'User' refer to the entity/person/organization using our
Site/Application.

Application
�Readzle� (our application name) is
world�s first community based Book reading and sharing
Platform. We enable communities like, Workplaces, Educational Institutions
(both K12 as well as Universities) and housing societies to allow their
employees/students/residents to share their books and be part of community
reading. Communities are the paying customers and end users are under these
communities. Having said this, a user can also independently download and
install this application, but will not be also to
fully benefit with this as he cannot share his books with others and he will
not be a paying customer of us either.

a. We sign the contract with
the communities and they are the paying customers for
us.
b. These communities will in
turn add their users and give them access.
c. Users will have to give
their details like, emails, phone numbers, their reading plans, their location,
their books and their association to a society.
d. The users are to exchange
their books personally. Readzle will not take
responsibility of the books or even involve in exchanging books.
e. User are allowed to
provide their reviews of the books they read and the same will be visible to
all other users in that community.
f. The users both, the one
sharing the book as well as the one receiving the book are allowed to rate
their experience with each other in the app and the same will be seen by all
others in the community.
g. The users are going to be
using the app to log in their reading time on daily bases. The same would be
used to create a leader board within the community to show the time each of the users
have spent reading.
h. It is the responsibility
of every user to maintain the decency of maintaining other users
property, we do not hold any responsibility of the inventory shared. It is
solely at each others discretion.
i. We do not take the responsibility on the kind of comments of any users provides about each other as well as reviews of the book.
ii.
We may need to add a point on adverting or bullying comments also.
